Ziggy-Lou was already there when they arrived. She always is.

She hears things others don't hear, remembers things others forget, and smiles a smile that looks warm but never quite tells you what she's thinking. People think they understand her. They don't. It's not her fault. It's just how she is.

Foxes navigate using the earth's magnetic field. They see it as a darkness with a glowing spot — and always jump toward that spot when they hunt. They see something invisible that nobody else can see.
